Effective date: 1 July 2026 These terms cover: your use of the sellbetter.ai marketing website (the “Site”) and any trial / early-access sign-up made through it. The Sell Better application/service itself, once available, will be governed by separate product terms and a Data Processing Agreement, provided when the product becomes available.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. The Site is operated by JASCENT PTY LTD (“Sell Better”, “we”, “us”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you’re authorised to do so.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape or harvest data except as permitted; use the Site to break the law or infringe others’ rights; or introduce malicious code. We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these Terms.
4. Trial / early access
Any free trial or early-access programme is offered on an “as available,” pre-release basis. Features, availability, and pricing may change, and access may be limited or withdrawn. Use of the actual Sell Better service will require agreement to the separate product terms when it’s made available. Pricing shown on the Site is introductory and subject to change.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Sell Better name, logo, text, design, and graphics — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any information on the Site (including sample reports and indicative pricing) is for general information only and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JASCENT PTY LTD and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JASCENT PTY LTD harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date and applies to your continued use.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
